Bryan Becht brings exceptional client service and strong problem‑solving skills to every interaction, working thoroughly and efficiently to ensure each client’s experience is as stress‑free as possible. Bryan joined the West Bend, WI office of Innovative Retirement Associates as a Financial Advisor in May 2022. His financial career began in 2013 as a Client Service Consultant with Wells Fargo Advisors in Menomonee Falls, WI. In 2015, he continued his career with Wells Fargo Advisors in Las Vegas, NV, serving as a Senior Registered Client Associate. In that role, he supported numerous Financial Advisors and their clients across the country, strengthening his expertise in client service and operational excellence.

Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point in 2007, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Economics. In February 2023, he completed the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor program, earning the CRPC® designation.

Outside the office, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Harlequin, and their daughter, Hailee. He values time with family and friends, especially at backyard barbecues playing recreational games.
